With a wide scope of practitioner and management gained over the past twenty years, Tracie brings a new energy and focus to help you with current HR frustrations. She has proven herself as a resource to manage change, and human resource projects from idea inception to successful outcomes.

Her background in Selection and Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Team Development, and Severance Management bridges the disciplines in the functional and strategic areas of human resources.

Tracie is particularly strong in helping resolve current HR challenges, such as increasing employee retention, performance and communication, as well as process improvements resulting in financial awareness of cost, options, and resulting benefits; allowing you to focus on your business priorities and shine at what you do best.

Before joining HRC, Tracie worked in various HR capacities with large employers as well as volunteer organizations. She is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, is active in the chamber and HR organizations, as well as local schools, churches and communities.
