Diane Sticklen-Jorden

Diane Sticklen-Jorden is a respected consultant and coach of business leaders and HR professionals.

With over 25 years of experience, Diane assists organizations in developing and enhancing their strategies, their HR processes and systems, and their leaders. She has facilitated strategic plans for over 35 organizations.

Ms. Sticklen-Jordan regularly consults with many types of organizations, from small local non-profit firms to Fortune 100 for-profit organizations. Recently she coached over 30 key individuals from all types and sizes of organizations.

In her consulting role, Diane guides leaders to:

  • Develop or redesign their human resource systems (pay & rewards, recruiting & selection, training & coaching) to align them with the organization’s business strategies

  • Transition their organizations to high commitment, high productivity work cultures so that they can achieve their mission and goals

In her coaching role, Diane’s work includes:

  • Guiding successful human resource professionals to become more strategic and valued, while achieving their career dreams

  • Assisting managers and directors to transition to executive roles

  • Providing feedback and coaching to top organizational leaders

Before joining HRC, Diane received a degree in business with an emphasis in psychology. She worked in HR management/Vice President positions in corporations prior to HRC. She is active in community service work and holds several university and non-profit Board positions.

Diane is a Principal of HRC Consulting. She is also the Program Leader of HRC’s Strategic HR Leadership Coaching & Training Program.
